Everyone knows Pepper Jams & Jellies are great with cream cheese & crackers! But you can also top burgers or sausage sandwiches, & cook with them. Throw pepper jams and jellies in a crock pot with meatballs, pork or chicken, or simply brush on meats while grilling.
They’re also wonderful on a bagel or toast. They’ll add a hot sweet flavor that’ll knock your socks off!
I make some pepper jellies with a ‘soft set’ to make it easier to pour or brush on meats.
